• SARSS accounted for roughly $80-100 Million Dollars annually of purchases and transfers of supplies/equipment for mobilizing and non-mobilizing units• Identified a glitch in the Govt accounting software from years prior to my start which allowed vendors to incorrectly/illegally over/double-bill for supplies delivered. I then audited years’ worth of books, worked with Division level Finance and Legal teams to recoup the millions at this division• Designed a step-by-step processes and instructions in conjunction with Army Division Finance and Legal teams which became standard for other Divisions to implement. While coordinating with my chain of command I made myself available via emails/teleconferences to aid in their implementation/walkthrough

• Budgeted and executed more than $15+ Million annually• Led a team of ten (Army, DOD & independent contractors) to coordinate training, logistics and travel of more than 55,000 soldiers and their family members preparing for deployment• Helped develop/schedule/implement the curriculum that was used to train over 55,000 soldiers and their family members• Increased accuracy of tracking and reduction of governmental fiscal waste by developing a standard operating procedure, a tracking system, and step-by-step processes to achieve efficiency and accountability, resulting in the savings of millions of dollars of budgeted appropriations
