Transporting biosolids from treatment plants to agriculture farms.

Performed start up activities for shipments to WIPP, using TRUPACT II shipping vessels and produced procedures that were safe and compliant. Qualified as Facility Operations Specialist which is part of the Facility Emergency Response Organization. Communicated directly to event scene and to the responding emergency personal. Perform pre-job briefings to crews up to 25 that included bargaining unit employees for TRU waste characterization, CCP characterization. Including WIPP shipping, payload assembly, waste transfers, NDE, NDA, Super HENC, FGA and high energy RTR.Produced recovery plans and worked them to finish.Qualified as controlling organization administrator for facility hazardous energy control program.Developed, reviewed, maintained facility procedures as a subject matter expert.

Performed pre job briefs that covered safe and compliant operations which included opening highly radioactive containers in a containment tent to meet WIPP WAC. Provided instructions for movement of multiple waste containers to facilities to perform characterization activities. Performed duties which involved CCP operations, CWI operations and the Operating Engineers bargaining unit. Conducted pre job walk downs for all maintenance activities and ensured all drawing matched the LOTO sheet. Ensured that safe to work checks were performed and zero energy was confirmed prior to starting the evolution.
