Oversaw and directed Connecting Bag department. In charge of overseeing inbound flights, baggage counts, time delay restraints, and coordinating 30+ employees in the connecting bag operations. I Coordinate as Baggage Planner in the Operations Tower. I oversee all Connecting Department functions, implementing strategies to make sure all connecting bags, and local bags reach their destination in the time alloted. I function directly with upper Management on policies, strategies, and daily operational needs of the Connecting Bag Department to implement strategic analysis to lower the missed bag report totals on a monthly basis to better the Frontier goals.

Built the Company from ground up. Oversaw all A/P, A/R, and Production departments daily. I implemented Sales strategies and goals for the Sales department which grew to over $2 million in sales. I implemented business strategies for growth, and competitive capabilities in the market of Custom Home building and Commercial Construction. I implemented safety regulations that were required by OSHA, and set up training sessions for everyont employed or under Contract with Superior Stone to maintain appropriate OSHA regulation guidlines. I also was in charge of overseeing all bidding, and take off submittals entered into production. I ran monthly audits throughout the Company to verify that all goals, and regulations were being met.
