Managed a team that grew from two to four IT employees responsible for all IT infrastructure at Northern Brewer’s four physical locations as well as its customer-facing website.

Continued management of Google AdWords PPC campaigns, email campaigns and web content. Pushed for more targeted digital marketing, envisioned customer segmentation strategy. Managed Northern Brewer’s house file, worked with consultants to create mail plans. Assisted in migrating to and administrating NetSuite ERP.

Founded and managed the dedicated mail-order Customer Service department, established a reputation for excellence in the industry, wrote the manual. Learned SQL, Linux/Unix tools to navigate web servers and interact with our order-processing database “the hard way.” Managed web content (XML editing in vim!), assisted in migration to Magento e-commerce platform. Helped implement Google Analytics and initiated Google AdWords campaigns for Northern Brewer.
