This position involves screening patients for physical risk factors, addressing musculoskeletal concerns, and promoting preventative measures to optimize health and well-being. Services provided include, but are not limited to, traditional chiropractic care (spinal and extremity manipulative therapy), soft tissue techniques such as FAKTR and IMJT, and individualized physical rehabilitation tailored to each patient.

My Gym Manager role encompasses all gym operational duties from greeting members, to managing payment methods, to enforcing disciplinary actions, to onboarding new prospective members, to managing and reporting gym finances, to maintaining and replacing necessary equipment, to managing a crew of part-time trainers and gym staff.

This trainer role encompasses many responsibilities including but not limited to: opening and performing gym operational duties, greeting members on a daily basis, guiding members through group CrossFit classes, organizing and managing large groups of people, managing a timeline within a 60 minute class, bringing high energy and excitement to group fitness settings, and motivating/contributing to the member experience in a CrossFit class setting.

This internship position consisted of performing in-depth athlete history examination, assessment, and rehabilitation programming. This position was performed under the supervision of advisors and doctors who have previously treated a high levels of competition such as The World Games and the Winter/Summer Olympics. Through this experience, I had the opportunity to work with other providers (Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture/Oriental Medicine, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists) while treating a wide variety of athletes/patients including the weekend warrior to the professional athlete.

This student internship experience was conducted at a variety of clinics for a minimum of 3 month duration, per school standards. This experience allowed me to work alongside colleagues while treating patients/athletes seeking musculoskeletal care. This position allowed me to learn business management skills, patient care, time management, and proper communication tactics to better serve my advisors and patients.

My responsibilities included: conducting environmental site investigations, assessments and surveys to sample, measure and analyze air, water, material, and soil; Identifying, evaluating and recommending risk and remediation strategies/designs to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations; Preparing applicable permit applications, risk assessments and technical documents including proposals, reports and regulatory agency correspondence; Designing systems and environmental protection plans. Projects included Phase I/II environmental site assessments, ecological and natural resource field surveys, tank closure assessments, asbestos abatement, storm water management, and site planning and permitting.Roles and responsibilities within Terracon:•Followed safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participated in pre-task planning, and reported any safety issues or concerns to management.•Was responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.•Proficient scientific professional responsible for conducting site testing and making recommendations for systems design on smaller projects of minimal complexity. •Assist more senior scientists/engineers on large, more complex projects. •Performs site visits, field observations and field data collection or assignments.•Implements technical requirements to complete client projects by directing and supervising field staff to sample, test and collect data and/or document site activities.•Responsible for developing written proposals to clients for approval by senior level professionals.•Evaluates moderately complex laboratory and field data and assembles in written reports.•May serve as team member and participate in meetings and communications with client pertaining to specific projects/tasks.•May oversee work performed by lower level scientists/engineers and Technicians.

This position is responsible for steering prospective hydrocarbon horizontal wells. Responsibilities include: providing daily operation updates to lead wellsite geologist, corporate operations geologist, wellsite company man and directional drillers; providing wellbore guidance to directional drillers and company man in regards to wellbore’s stratigraphic position; interpret offset mudlogs to develop projected drilling targets; operation and maintenance of surface logging system equipment; creation of final horizontal and vertical logs; creation of final geosteering documents, input into geologic report and process of logging sample cuttings (i.e. identifying oil show, rock characteristics and additional drilling additives) via mudlogging software.

As an undergraduate student, I was a 3 year participant on the football team, member and co-president of our geology club, volunteer for Special Olympics, volunteer for St Peter Youth Football, and also participated in two summers of NSF-REU research.

This research position consisted of analyzing silicon sequestration in riverine environments and its overall influence on silicon transport to marine environments. The research is part of a three year NSF-funded project headed by Dr. Laura Triplett, Gustavus Adolphus College. My research position was part of a multidisciplinary, international team and I participated in laboratory method development and testing, development of sampling protocol, collection of samples, and analysis of sediment and vegetation samples.

With this research intern position, I addressed a research question to examine mercury dynamics in Sub-Arctic lake sediments across a methane ebullition gradient. This 10-week internship program consisted of creating a question, developing and executing laboratory/analytical methods and completing field work in Abisko, Sweden. This research was funded by an NSF-REU grant to program director Dr. Ruth Varner, University of New Hampshire.
