Handles the purchase, sale, financing and management aspects of major commercial and multi-family properties, as well as lease transactions, construction matters and real estate development projects. Manages all risk management activities and leads the human resource, finance, marketing/branding and information technology departments.

Engages board members and facilitates the board in consulting with management regarding strategic and operational direction of the company and monitoring company performance while working to reduce costs. Serve as the point of contact between management and the board.

Teach second and third year law students civil pretrial practice and procedure, and develop and design coursework relating to the same.

National litigation and trial practice included engaging in trial planning and preparation for product liability and commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country, and trying cases. Conducted oral arguments, hearings, motion practice and all aspects of day-to-day case management.
