Lance Nelson is a Managing Partner for Perpetro Solutions LLC, a boutique contingent labor managed services/process firm focused on consulting, advisory and design services. Spanning 43 countries, Lance has spent the last 18 years designing and implementing complex workforce-process models for some of the largest organizations in the world. An industry award winning process design strategist, Lance is credited for deploying solutions so unique they were classified as being "first-to-market”. Lance's operational experience is based upon his innate ability to merge strategic supply chain methodologies with measurable cost-effective KPIs and SLAs. Lance's industry achievements and client successes have been driven by the process of unbundling (previously standardized) deliverables related to CWO, RPO, BPO, MSP, VMS, PPO, SOW, and ATS core services.Lance has previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board for OSO International, a large-scale international oilfield structural-steel manufacturing company, headquartered in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico. Lance holds a B.S. in International Business from Texas Tech University, where he was a collegiate athlete and member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. Lance is a Native Houstonian, currently living in Katy, TX, alongside his two sons Nolan (8) and Connor (11). Recreationally, Lance enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and participating in his sons' baseball/football team's year-around.
