A large part of the job is communicating effectively between different teams in a high stress environment from planners, chefs, caterers, and our clients who have very specific needs, and finding solutions and foreseeing any issues that may arise before, during, and after the events are completed. I also help organize before and after event reports including analysis of what went right and what could of been done better, helping to create procedures and policies in order to better manage workflow in our constantly changing work environment.
