Principal Customer Success Executive (Cse)
CurrentIn this role, I help customers organize and execute across their entire IT portfolio and business functions with the help of the BMC Customer Success ecosystem to realize the full potential of their vision and investment through a focus on resource allocation, governance, Org Change Management, Adoption Maturity & Vision acceleration. I also serve a single point of contact for all BMC Customer Success resource concerns including Success Specialists supporting individual solutions, Support and Education while driving escalations and involvement of R&D, Services, Development, Product & Executive Management, and other organizations within BMC as required to ensure customers’ success and accomplishment of planned initiatives.
