Project Management- Develop and own detailed project plans and documentation to monitor and track progress against a schedule.- Collaborate across departments to drive Elastic business goals.- Communicate regular project status reports to content team and leadership staff- Partner with content team to prioritize and assign projects and deliverablesCommunication- Collaborate and coordinate across the teams to gain alignment on priorities and keep them up to date on project status.- Run effective meetings and maintain agendas, meeting notes, and meeting recordings.Set and manage internal stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.- Manage the knowledge transfer from marketing team to teams it supports and ensure projects are stable and supportable - Track team workloads and communicate capacity concerns- To drive visits and conversions, collaborate with peers in Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering to identify content gaps and opportunities, as well as provide content counsel and guidance where appropriate.Automation- Work with Content team to identify opportunities to increase efficiency thru piloting new approaches, and then drive and communicate changes throughout the organization.- Triage backlog of tasks and conduct quarter-to-quarter production activities on a project.Reporting- Identify ways to track and report on success of projects through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Elastic, etc.).- Conduct project retrospective reviews and project closures - Establish and maintain formal process to update and share findings with marketing teams and other stakeholders, while developing metrics and KPIs to analyze and continuously improve the content marketing funnel.- Perform quality assurances (brand standards & business goals)- Assist with blog and social media strategy and management, including goals, measurement and calendar.
