I started in 2016, participating in the International Baroque Museum project in Puebla as a construction supervisor, reporting construction progress specifically in the assembly of steel structures such as slabs and foundations directly to the state infrastructure department. At the same time, I carried out private construction work with a volume of 850 m², from the preliminary design phase, paperwork, construction execution, to delivery and post-sale service. In 2017, I joined Concesiones Integrales S.A. in charge of the official correspondence of the Infrastructure Directorate and as a technical liaison with other departments to address service requests from users and the regulatory body.In February 2018, I was promoted to Zone Supervisor of the Distribution Management, responsible for distribution, verification of supply sources, ensuring service delivery, coordinating maintenance for the proper operation of the potable water infrastructure, meeting supply increase objectives, and complying with performance standards for supply, complaint handling, micro-metering equipment installation, macro-metering standards, and hydraulic balance preparation in the coverage area. I developed the Zone 13 Paseos del Rio project and its individualization, creating an operation manual for the network, and successfully implementing continuous service operation, thus meeting the objectives proposed in the 2018-2021 plan.In September 2022, I was promoted to Manager of Commercial Strategies of the Commercial Directorate, through which I developed the annual plan with three orders: identification of irregular industrial and commercial discharges, street-level census update plan for hydraulic and sanitary services, and annual strategy for water and drainage supply control actions.Successfully meeting the performance standards developed at the beginning of the administration, I also developed control dashboards for their monitoring, contributing to the revenue collection goals for 2022 and 2023.Currently, I am in charge of the hydraulic-sanitary operation of the internal network of the university campus, including pressurized storage, treatment plant, investment projects, maintenance projects, infrastructure improvement projects, and compliance with service request standards.
