Our team worked with them to develop design criteria for future programs and services that both support their mission of People + Parks and their committment to equity.

Responsible for the social media department including people management and new business while managing a full client load. Led a team of five social media managers in two cities with over 20 clients. Created proposals for all social media accounts and attended pitch meetings for new business, which led to a 100% increase in social clients from 2015 to 2017. As an individual contributor, I regularly managed 5-8 clients at a time and was responsible for all social share content including photography, video, graphics, and copywriting. In addition to content, I assisted with ad buys, influencer campaigns and outreach, community management, and client relations. Appointed Station Manager for two years by the Student Media Advisory Board, the longest tenure in Radio UTD history. Managed the Programming Director, Promotions Manager, Music Director, and Volunteer Heads in addition to leading our 50+ DJs. Acting as a liaison between Radio UTD staff and university officials, I helped manage our budget and event schedule. Spearheaded the project to launch a new website, online social strategy, and branding which led to 2x web traffic and 3x social media engagement in one year. I also hosted three radio shows, and developed blog, photo, and video content -- shooting over 23 videos that accumulated 13k+ views from 2012-2013. Nominated as Student Leader of the Year in 2012.

Hired, trained, and scheduled 40-50 DJs every semester. To improve DJ effectiveness and engagement, I redesigned our training process and developed an incentive program to improve volunteer involvement and DJ retention. I also managed our programming schedule to create thematic blocks that appropriately matched listener peaks and FCC regulations.
