Marketing Operations Program Manager
Current- Responsible for the management of all projects (for Trade Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, HR, Sales, and Sports Marketing) flowing through the Creative Services Team (up to 50 projects in progress at any one time)
- Manage the Traffic Specialist
- Receive, review and filter all in-coming requests and briefs
- Plan, assign and control the day-to-day schedule of the Creative Service Team (designers, freelancers and production artists)
- Ensure all milestones and deliverables are met; actively seek out information to avoid scope creep
- Partner with the Photo Studio Team to ensure assets are created for final deliverables
