As a Business Effectiveness Manager in the People Operations team at Allan Gray, I work with senior leaders and stakeholders to shape and deliver the business and people strategy and operating plans. I leverage my extensive experience as an HR consultant across the full employee lifecycle, having worked with clients from various industries and sectors, such as retail, FMCG, professional services, financial services, publishing, and higher education.With over 25 years working in HR and which has included heading up the Talent function in three organisations, I have a passion for enabling and facilitating change, talent acquisition, talent management, transformation, processes, systems, and communication. I have been fortunate to work in great teams both locally and globally, honing my skill not only as an HR Business Partner but also as a specialist. I have also taken on entrepreneurial ventures, such as co-owning a coffee shop and running my own consulting business and recently, completed my iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner accreditation.
