To assist FL residents who've filed an unemployment claim, I supervised a team of 20-30 call center agents in a virtual setting. Established a transparent and proactive working culture to allow for exceptional service to our fellow residents.

I help decision makers use research based and innovative solutions to improve their operations by improving their IT infrastructure. We help making day to day operations more efficient and cost effective, as well as implement new ways to improve growth goals.

In this role I helped align IT professionals with the appropriate channels within Gartner to guide them away from costly mistakes others in their industry have made, or simply to help find ways of cost reduction optimization within their current processes. Assisted with finding ways to increase their ROI.

As a prospect research coordinator I was charged with identifying and researching new and existing prospects to help enhance and expand the portfolios of the fundraising staff. I also worked as an interim database administrator for the internal database, The Raiser’s Edge, for several months during the candidate search. This experience allowed me to gain knowledge in the non-profit and higher education field. I worked directly with the executive staff and brought valuable insight to the fundraising and operational processes.
