Manage the day to day operation of the Electrical Maintenance Department. Was responsible for 36 Union employee's, 6 supervisors and 2 schedulers. Was involved in the planning, scheduling and execution of daily and outage related work items. Involved in the coordination of large work windows.

Lasalle County Nuclear Station

Obtained and maintained an active SRO license. Performed roles as a Control Room Supervisor, Field Supervisor and the Work Execution Center SRO. Was the Power Team lead during the outages responsible to coordinate and execute the outage schedule as it related to the power sequence. As an SRO, we were responsible to develop, install and Manage the Clearance and Tagging program for the site.

Managed 8 engineers who's primary responsibility was to troubleshoot electrical problems, perform modification testing, perform relay calibrations and perform transformer/switchyard testing. During refuel outage I managed the Electrical Maintenance department. Was a project coordinator for several station upgrades. Also performed duties of Switchyard Coordinator and Contract Administer and ran the station Technical Intern Program which developing and mentoring College Students.

Supervised 8 Electrical System Engineers. The groups primary objective was to analyze, monitor and troubleshoot various issues with the electrical systems in the plant. During this time period I specialized in print reading and implemented several major improvements to the stations auxiliary and primary power systems. I also developed as one of the companies generator and motor specialists requiring me to support other station outages, overview motor work at Vendor shops and assist other stations with troubleshooting.

System Engineering duties for all aspects of power generation, on-site distribution and emergency power back-up systems. During this time frame I developed my talents for print reading and troubleshooting electrical components and circuits.
