New Business Acceleration (NBA) is a program designed to provide product house assistance to Avaya Business Partner implementation teams in their first deployments of newly released Avaya UC solutions. The program’s primary objective is to increase the velocity of adoption of new UC products and solutions in the Avaya Partner channel. To this end, the NBA team works proactively with Avaya Partners to help increase confidence and capabilities as they deploy new products and solutions by developing and sharing best practices, latest “lessons learned”, and tools and checklists for successful deployments.

Technical Readiness Engineer\Advanced Solution Architect\Cross Organizational Planning and Implementation Leadership Team (COPILOT)•Worked on innovative leading edge technology solutions for Avaya’s top customers.•Provided complex and large scale Alpha\Beta project support resulting in training\creating checklists\installation procedures presented to Avaya Professional Services and Business Partners.•Provide escalation support and training to Software Specialists, Tier 3, and Advanced Solution Architects.•Provide Solution Design for complex SIP and H.323 Avaya solutions.•COPILOT member that worked on designing best practices and previous lessons learned for Avaya VOIP solutions.•Maintain lab facility which resulted in hands on support for testing, setting up and verifying VOIP solutions in Avaya Professional Services.•Worked with Service to implement and support various trunking designs.
