- Directed, managed, and established strategic vision and strategies for the Department of State's enterprise-wide global IT architecture to include data center design of servers, storage, network design, and compute power.- Partnered with stakeholders to develop an inventory system to account for IT assets shipped overseas, which aided in reducing overall costs. Completed three presentations a year to various councils, which provided updates on spending.- Managed the development and implementation of a modern converged technology solution that reduced hardware costs, energy consumption, space, and environmental requirements.- Lead IRM’s extensive supply-chain operations, warehousing operation with annual shipping costs in excess of $40M worth of IT equipment globally.- Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for GITM’s $150M Enterprise Converged Platform contract.- Managed and directed program funds and expenditure authorizations. - Directed local and regional IT support activities to all U.S. diplomatic offices in the United Kingdom (U.S. Embassy London, Consulates in Belfast and Edinburgh).- Reorganized IT operations by realigning resources and combining both classified and unclassified operations into one section to improve overall IT operations and customer support.- Managed the development of a new human resource application, a central repository for all human resource data, activities, and actions to included merging performance evaluation system with a separate merit based compensation application.- Managed, provided mentoring, coaching and leadership to 42 employees.
