Energy Solutions Lighting specializes in executing energy audits for commercial and industrial facilites providing design and installation of retrofitted lighting sytems to increase energy efficiency. It is my responsibility to increase market share, streamline office and sales processes, develop a successful marketing program, conduct sales and operational meetings to address all current company affairs, act as active liason between company, customer/end user and all vendors, and ensure that a working business plan is in place that evolves with the growth of the company.

Bayside Solutions is very active within the alternative energy arena. Our expertise is in partnering with companies in the alternative energies arena and providing them the skilled resources to facilitate the implementation of their engineering, manufacturing and project needs.

Manage all staff on duty during operating hours. Responsible for opening and closing facility, handling cash, ensuring club member satisfaction, educating prospective members on facility and membership contracts, addressing potential safety hazards, and response to any emergency situation.
