Larry is a Managing Partner of Horton International LLC and is headquartered in the firm's Charlottesville, VA office. Larry has been active in executive search since 1994. His search experience has focused on a variety of senior level assignments across a broad range of functional disciplines in financial services, insurance and manufacturing companies. Before joining the firm, he was President of PDS Worldwide, a national distribution and fulfillment company. Prior to that position he served in a variety of human resources roles at United Technologies Corporation, including the Corporate Headquarters, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, and Otis Elevator's Latin American Operations. Larry served in the U.S. Army for six years and attained the rank of Captain.Larry has an MBA from the University of Hartford, a MA in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas, and a BA in International Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southwest New England, former President of the Connecticut Council for the Advancement of Diversity, Chair of the International Business Council of the MetroHartford Alliance, a Board member of the World Affairs Council and an alumnus of Leadership Greater Hartford.Specialties: Executive recruiting in multiple industries.
