Queried a county overdose database to parse drug names and types to identify at-risk areas of the county and mitigate future incidents. Aided in development of a web application to easily display Health Department data from an outdated Microsoft Access database. Worked with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Administration interfaces to integrate local government employees into county-wide systems for tasks such as multi-factor authentication and handling of public service requests.
