Directed comprehensive effort to establish long-range strategy for Marine Corps Security Cooperation & Engagement policy in Asia. Produced and conducted briefings on vital national security issue to the Secretary of the Navy, top leadership of the Marine Corps, and U.S. Congressional staffers.

Camp Lejeune, Nc

Managed the systems architecture, $254M in material assets, and 1,000 intelligence service providers directly supporting a 45,000-man unit for 12-month deployment to combat operations in Iraq. Directed risk assessments to support campaign planning and evaluated the effectiveness of operations monthly. Overcame extreme challenges to provide qualified personnel in combat zones on short notice.

Supervised the production of specialized, multi-media intelligence survey products of world-wide diplomatic facilities in support of Special Forces operations and planning. Accountable for $7M in automated intelligence processing equipment, $2M in annual operating funds, and management of 36 highly trained personnel. Managed multiple schedules to ensure resource efficiency. Coordinated with joint services and national agencies.

Led acquisition of imagery exploitation system worth $65M. Planned, defended, and executed an $8M average annual operating budget, as well as $17M system migration plan. Led Integrated Product Team to plan and provide product delivery, operational support, and maintenance.
