Rowan, a Real Estate Broker licensed in Illinois began his career in the Chicago area in 1975.Larry owned and operated ERA Executive Realty in Buffalo Grove until 1982, when he joined a fast growing company, Coldwell Banker. Coldwell Banker entered the Chicago marketplace during a deep real estate recession when the majority of real estate offices were either downsizing or going out of business. In spite of the economy, Coldwell Banker grew and built a strong group of of 80 offices in Chicagoland and remains the #1 Real Estate Company.Larry’s assignments with Coldwell Banker have included building and expanding various branch offices, recruiting and increasing office productivity and market share.Larry is the the Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Schaumburg Office of 106 Top Producing agents and was honored as a recipient of the National President’s Council Manager Award 5 years in a row. Additionally, Larry holds an Illinois Real Estate License Instructor license and has taught Real Estate at Harper College and for Coldwell Banker School of Real Estate. Larry also holds a Continuing Education License and is certified to teach the Illinois Broker Management courses.
