As part of the GCSP's Global Fellowship Initiative, for 6 months I was part of a vibrant, multidisciplinary and multinational network of liked-minded people from different horizons, participating in GCSP's mandate which is to promote peace, security and international cooperation through executive education and training, research and dialogue. My focus was on applying my expertise in leadership development on the Women, Peace and Security agenda.

Team building for companies. Corporate clients include T-Systems, Delphi Diesel Systems, and General Import (Max Mara).

Lead an important transition in the MBA and Executive MBA programs: growth from a total enrollment of 80 to 190 participants, attracting international students from almost 20 countries, designing a process-driven curriculum to replace a functional area-based curriculum, and laying the groundwork for EFMD and AMBA accreditations.
