CurrentAssigned by Eastridge Workforce Solutions to Dexcom • First point-of-contact via phone, mail, email for patients contacting Dexcom regarding medical device accounts. • Handle general inquiries and reordering of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) supplies by performing data entry, updating and/or correcting customer account information, processing orders providing login instructions, and supporting daily operations• Verify and calculate insurance benefits for patient purchases of medical devices• Process patient orders for medical devices and updated patient accounts in Oracle and Salesforce• Processed assignments of benefits in Salesforce• Provide administrative support such as retrieving voicemails, managing an email inbox, mailing letters, and retrieving invoices
