Professional experience spanning the last 15 years with County, City and school audit processes. Facilitation of Employee Personal Improvement Plans. Participation in the budget and benefits aspects of Teacher/Union negotiations. Audited prior years IRS submissions to properly re-report earnings and other financial issues that brought a school into legal federal compliance. Prepared evidence of financial misconduct for a Felony jury trial that resulted in a conviction. Worked with Bond Counsel to prepare and plan for possible cash flow issues in a school district. Worked with State Insurance Fund representatives at both the School and County level to monitor compliance and create policy to lower insurance rates. Worked with other Human Resource administrators to develop supervisor/department head trainings with the goal of strengthening leadership skills.
