As a member of a small team, I played a pivotal role in the day-to-day fundraising & management, as well as large projects such as our first $1 million gala. My strongest contributions were improving reporting times & transparency.

I had the opportunity to develop the administration department from the ground up, including procedures accounting, HR, data analytics, and even office management. Many of the procedures I developed are still being used there today!

I took on many responsibilities outside of standard EA tasks, including starting and leading an EA meeting, managing a journal, was one of the leads on the data migration to a new CRM, and launched a new publishing format.
