This job involves assisting teachers with the setup of- and technical support during digital exams.

My thesis for the master Artificial Intelligence fell within the scope of the research program Care2Report, which is aimed at automated medical reporting, led by prof. dr. Sjaak Brinkkemper. The focus of my thesis was to create a suitable database for action recognition in healthcare. We then used OpenPose to extract the skeletal positions of the persons in the videos. By mathematical manipulation, we extracted valuable information, that was used to train and test classifiers on recognizing the medical actions as performed by the medical staff. In small groups, we focused on finding a solution for a problem within the theme ‘food’. We learned to think outside the box, to use and combine all our individual qualities and to learn from each other. We made use of ‘Theory U’, available on edX. During the year, I was a member of the activities committee, because it is important to me to get to know the people I work with on a more personal level as well.
