I am committed to continuous improvement and ensuring that every initiative we undertake is aligned with the needs and expectations of our audience. I have successfully led change on an organisational level, demonstrating my capacity to drive strategic initiatives and transform operational practices.Currently, I serve as the Co-Chair of the Women Leaders in Museums Network for the Midlands region, where I advocate for and support women in the museum sector. In my spare time, I volunteer with Bromsgrove and Redditch Welcome Refugees, teaching English and acting as a key friend and support worker for a Syrian family.
