When I think about how to describe myself and let someone else know me in just a few words, the first thing that comes to my mind relates with my experience as an NGO leader. From a very young age I discovered a passion in building myself as a person and professional. I challenged myself to experience different kind of roles that built the person I came to be. It started as a desire to help others that soon transformed me into a leader that finds true joy and fulfillment in developing others to be successful. My 10 years’ experience in Rotary International can be summarized as a rocketing career where I started as part of a local club, learning and collaborating with my community to leading ~2800 partners from 3 countries, presiding a 30 people team.I’m a leader, a people connector and avid autodidact. I have a genuine and self-motivated thirst for learning and sharing that information with others, which makes me an effective trainer and mentor. I have developed a holistic point of view that allows me to be prepared for as many scenarios as me or my colleagues can think of, which makes me a great asset to the team when encouraging this way of thinking. I am proactive, I don’t sit and wait for things to happen. If I have an idea, I share it, whether for me to lead the process or for others to make good use of it. I love giving and receiving feedback, mostly when it’s honest and has the intention to help achieving growth and success.I am looking for opportunities that combines my interests in innovation, customer experience and digital marketing, where I can be creative, share my ideas and expertise from previous experiences to continue learning and helping others.
