EyeCon Optometry is truly a dream come true, giving me the opportunity to provide eye health care for my community and hometown of San Fernando Valley. My passion for Optometry blossomed while volunteering for the Mobile Eye Clinic at UCLA’s Jules Stein Eye Institute during my undergraduate years at UCLA. Witnessing the joy on each child’s face and their beaming smiles as they receive their first pair of glasses was simply priceless, and from that moment on I knew that this profession was my calling. While attending the Southern California College of Optometry, I completed my clinical internship at the Southwestern EyeCare Center, specializing in ocular disease management. I also completed additional clinical rotations at the VA West Los Angeles, and also at the Optometric Center of Los Angeles in downtown LA. Further, I am TLG certified, which means that I am certified to use therapeutic pharmaceutical agents to treat eye infections and allergies, perform lacrimal irrigation and dilation procedures, and also to diagnose and treat primary open angle glaucoma. My optometry specialty is myopia control, urgent eye care and ocular disease.

Full scope practice with specialties in Vision Therapy, Low Vision, Specialty Contact Lenses, Blind Children Rehab Center and Ocular Disease.

Co-managment of patient care in an ophthalmology setting with emphasis on diagnosis, treatment and management of ocular diseases. Performed pre and post op care for LASIK and Cataract Extraction in addition to other ocular surgical procedures. Fit specialty contact lenses for Keratconus.

Increased sales revenue in dispensary. Experience with optometric business operations through front desk management such as scheduling, generating, and analyzing daily and weekly sales reports.

Extensive experience in preliminary testing and contact lens education. Excelled as front and back office lead technician.
