Email Marketing Manager, Demand Generation
CurrentAs the Criteria Email Marketing Manager - Demand Generation, I'm working to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness with every campaign, in alignment with Criteria's overall business and growth goals. Each week, I collaborate and develop strategic email marketing initiatives with our larger marketing team, the Customer Success team, sales, and dev to align our email marketing campaigns with broader Criteria OKRs and business goals.Beyond end-to-end campaign strategy and content creation tasks, working to better segment our email data based on customer demographics and preferences is crucial, to deliver personalized and targeted messaging.I regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to seek out ways to improve. I specifically look at the well-known email key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and engagement metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.Compliance is one of the most important areas of my responsibilities: I ensure our email marketing complies with global marketing regulations, such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU's GDPR, etc., and I implement best practices for email deliverability, improved list hygiene, and high subscriber engagement.
