I was recruited to Jvion to develop and maintain a customer success department for this predictive analytics startup. Working with the sales and development teams, I created new clinical adoption processes and training materials to improve engagement and retention at client facilities. To help measure client success, I developed tools to track customer KPIs internally and reported out to the executive team regularly. I worked with others to establish multi-functional teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company processes. I also manage all post-sales activities for client hospitals ranging from 80 bed rural hospitals to 13 facility systems that include academic medical centers. I am responsible for all relationships at the client hospitals, from executive sponsor to end user. Working with the client and the Jvion team, I produce meaningful analysis of data to identify opportunities for improving patient care while focusing on the strategic goals of the client.

I managed a team of 2 Senior Sales consultants and 2 Senior Account Managers who drove new sales in a complex sale environment. The team also managed client relationships and secured renewal contracts and upsells. I developed and implemented plans to retain at-risk clients and worked with client executives to secure renewal contracts. A major part of my interaction with clients was developing and presenting clinical and financial outcomes data analyses and suggesting improvement plans to client executives. Later, I was internally recruited to develop a business and marketing plan for a new product line. I identified specific market attributes and client needs for the new product and tailored the offering to meet those needs resulting in securing 3 new business contracts in 6 months. I also served as internal and external subject matter expert for process improvement and laboratory best practices.

Recruited to perform data analysis using University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), MedMined and other data sources to identify disease clusters, determine causes of clusters and develop improvement solutions for 4 hospitals. Developed and led comprehensive program that increased awareness of hand hygiene compliance, improved accuracy in hand hygiene compliance rates and resulted in a 10% increase in compliance across a 3 hospital system. Led Six Sigma project that resulted in a 10% reduction in infection rates for a Rehabilitation Center. Led initiative to involve nursing units in reducing infection rates, leading to an annual reduction of over 8% for the system. Co-leader of sepsis reduction Six Sigma project in collaboration with the JCAHO Center for Transforming Healthcare. Member of JCAHO team at three hospitals and at corporate level. Communicated monthly quality improvement information to the Board of Directors, presidents, CNOs, educators, and managers. Developed and tracked performance metrics related to quality improvement

Progressed through roles of increasing scope and responsibility for this healthcare IT solutions organization. Led team of 6 senior clinical analysts serving more than 200 hospitals in 15 states. Interacted with all levels of various healthcare organizations to develop processes designed to prevent infections. Managed relationships with third-party payers in New Jersey, Texas, and Illinois, and developed statewide infection prevention and process improvement initiatives. Served as internal and external subject matter expert (SME) for infection prevention and microbiology. Communicated with clients regularly to ensure all needs were met. Annually interpreted and presented financial outcomes to executive teams at each client facility. Developed training protocols and led education of new staff members. Cultivated and maintained client relationships. Prepared quarterly symposia programs for 3 statewide initiatives.
