During this consulting engagement to Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) on a Hosting and Application Development outsourcing project at the State of Maryland Social Services Agency, I facilitated the identification, training, and implementation of process changes and improvements that would be needed as the team transitioned from a time and materials contract to a fixed price contract.

Led Architecture, Security, Supplier Relationship, and Functional Excellence for the IT organization worldwide. Directed the IT Annual Operating Plan process enterprise wide, across nine business units, globally. Created strategies and implemented processes and systems to improve the management of IT assets, ensure the security of corporate information, and adopt emerging technologies in alignment with business needs.
