Senior Executive Administrator to the Chairman of a national commercial real estate company. (DTZ was formerly known as Cassidy Turley, and prior to that Colliers Pinkard.) Managing calendar and travel arrangements to accommodate company business, as well as the Chairman’s commitments to multiple Boards and Foundations. Serve as liaison for the Chairman to all levels of clients, Board associates and public officials. Maintain Corporate records for the company, including the minute books and issuing of stock certificates. Coordinate tax payments, filings, bank accounts, etc. for 30+ trusts and partnerships, as well as maintaining the personal finances of the Chairman. Coordinate and plan annual retreats for 30+ shareholders in various locations, including travel, meals, accommodations and activities. Schedule and coordinate quarterly board meetings and monthly operating committee meetings, preparing all materials for distribution prior to such meetings.
