•Managed a full cycle corporate recruiting department that served over 5000 employees. Oversaw all internal and external recruiting for management and executive roles for Transcom's call centers in North America which was comprised of 16 offices including Home Agents.•Oversaw the opening of multiple locations by filling all support and administrative positions including sites in Texas, Quebec, Louisiana, Saskatchewan and Ontario. •Designed and implemented a successful Career Path Program which allowed existing employees to prepare for promotions. •Designed and implemented an Onboarding program for all new employees which ensured a smooth transition. Also created and implemented an Exit Interview program to track and report issues.
