Working within an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment within the engineering realm of energies, oil, gas, and solar sectors is what I am accustomed to. I have over 10 years end to end/360 recruiting and HR experience for in house and in an RPO role, including multiple tribal land recruitment efforts as well as resolving tribal permitting issues, negotiations, and compliance. I have worked with a broad range of positions to be filled from entry level blue collar to executive vice president roles within manufacturing, warehousing, foundries, oil, and gas, solar as well as on and offshore roles utilizing everything from ATS systems (Oracle, Greenhouse, Workable, Intuit, Recruit) to Boolean searches. Conducting background checks, mouth swab and UA drug tests, advertising, marketing, referrals, overseeing metrics such as KPI’s and forecasting manpower needs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis have all been of part of my day-to-day duties and have worked remotely since 2012.I have over seven years in marketing and multi-million-dollar product launch, fourteen plus years of business management, specializing in account and project management, full cycle recruitment/training in house and as an RPO/MSP and retention of personnel ranging from entry level to district management and have built a personal contact list of over 5200 oil and gas contacts nationwide in up, mid and downstream roles. I have overseen all aspects of business development account management for eight states and assisted other territories nationwide in connecting them with corporate client contacts (i.e., Shell, Williams, Oxy, Chesapeake, Encana, etc.) including full cycle recruitment, accident investigation and HR Generalist duties for over 15 years. I have managed a team of 22 sales representatives nationwide along with K.P.I. metrics, CRM sales flow internally, RFP/RFQ/IFB process and documentation, case studies, PO & AFE distribution tracking and balancing, P&L tracking.
