Working within an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment within the engineering realm of energies, oil, gas, and solar sectors is what I am accustomed to. I have over 10 years end to end/360 recruiting and HR experience for in house and in an RPO role, including multiple tribal land recruitment efforts as well as resolving tribal permitting issues, negotiations, and compliance. I have worked with a broad range of positions to be filled from entry level blue collar to executive vice president roles within manufacturing, warehousing, foundries, oil, and gas, solar as well as on and offshore roles utilizing everything from ATS systems (Oracle, Greenhouse, Workable, Intuit, Recruit) to Boolean searches.
