BetterCloud is the first SaaS Application Management and Security Platform, enabling IT to centralize, orchestrate, and operationalize day-to-day administration and control for SaaS applications. Every day, thousands of customers rely on BetterCloud to centralize data and controls, surface operational intelligence, enforce complex security policies, and delegate custom administrator privileges across SaaS applications.

I worked with Duo's Mid-Market and Enterprise customers to implement multi-factor authentication and device insights, and advised on best practices toward a zero-trust security architecture.

As a Customer Success Manager, I partnered with our Corporate-sized customers to drive adoption and value with the Box solution. I managed a portfolio of more than $5MM in total account value and was a pre-IPO employee.

I sold Yelp's local advertising platform to small businesses, including ad impressions, cost-per-click, and Yelp Deals, which was a daily email deal service similar to Groupon or Living Social. I was a pre-IPO employee and worked up the ranks in Yelp's Sales Development Program.I learned to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, and made approximately 60 calls per day. Over my career at Yelp, I was responsible for over $1MM in net revenue booked.
