Responsible for sourcing and consulting with leaders and business partners on process and strategy as well as recommending compensation packages, offer negotiations and closing. • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
• Subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing and recruitment process management and effectiveness to include market mapping and Boolean searches
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
• Consulting RPO Clients effectively to communicate position opportunity and client value proposition

• Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
• Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required
• Align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
• Review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
• Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job sites, etc.

• Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals who meet the officesimmediate and projected needs.
• Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Ensures candidates meet required hiring standards for Maxim and applicable contracts.
• Negotiates salary, terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
• Schedules caregivers and field staff for initial placement and ongoing assignments.
• Manages caregivers and field staff while on assignment (non-clinical functions);assesses and investigates caregiver and field staff concerns and issues, and provides performance coaching,counseling and disciplinary.
