Shop floor focussed sales consultant, aiding the customers journey through their purchases, repairs and customer experience.

Stock management are based within the warehouse of the store, solely responsible for all stock, stocking shop floor and warehouse, large electrical/ LSS items and supporting selling partners.

Here I managed to work under one of the longest serving managers within Mappin & Webb. Solely shop floor focused and always praised for my customer experience. Whilst working there, I was a watch and diamond specialist, but also supporting administration and repairs as I had done these in a previous store.
