My mission: To help working women with ADHD embrace their differences so they can use them to lead and thrive.Through my different experiences, I have been forged by fire and come out with a passion to use my difficulties to help others. I've learned that fear means growth and the expansion of the comfort zone. I've learned to welcome difficulty, as painful as it may be, because it breeds opportunity in some way. And I've learned that one degree of perspective shift in mindset can make all the difference. I love to help leaders, teams, and individuals learn to mesh using their intuition and gain forward momentum to thrive using these principles.I use a multifaceted approach to pinpoint where changes need to be made on each individual level so that companies, teams, and the individuals they are made up of can efficiently thrive with innovation.
