After moving back to Illinois in September of 2016, I found a non-remote job at the local hospital. As the Emergency Room Registrar, I was responsible for assisting patients with admittance to the ER, and various hospital appointments. I provided clerical support to the nurses and doctors, managed the main operator phone line, and trained new employees. During my time as a Registrar, I grew not only in customer service experience, but also excelled working in a fast-paced environment. After accepting a full-time job at my alma mater, Greenville University, I stayed on as a Registrar PRN as needed.

Shortly after graduating, I pursued a job in the music business realm. Working for ASCAP I was able to help songwriters by collecting licensing fees from businesses using their music. I did this by generating new business by selling performing rights licenses to business owners. I was responsible for cold calling anywhere from 30-75 businesses a day, and prospecting potential businesses in need of a license.
