Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan for the company's design division with a goal of creating awareness of the firm's sophisticated design expertise and value of the design-build methodology. Elevated brand awareness in target vertical markets for the design division through advertising, sales materials, thought leadership, trade show participation, sponsorships, awards and public relations. In addition supported other divisions in the company with sales material and the development of proposal systems and templates. Launched the company's first blog that obtained a 4,900 percent increase in organic traffic over a three-year period.

Consulting practice focused on retail, residential and hospitality markets in commercial real estate. Clients ranged from developers and brokers to design and professional services firms. Developed sales materials, website, press releases and email communications and mentored in-house marketing personnel.
