• Supported end-to-end global recruiting operations and technology, including requisition management, onboarding, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and analytics. • Provided world-class customer service to hiring managers, applicants, new employees, business partners, recruiting team, and other stakeholders. • Processed position descriptions, job offers, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding paperwork for new hires in North America and EMEA. • Used TA Operations and industry knowledge to lead and help build solutions that improved processes, and enhanced candidate and leadership experience.• Created process documentation and provided supporting communications and training for team and wide-spread adoption.

In this role, I served as the primary point of contact in HR, greeting visitors and responding to a high volume of inquiries. I began my career as a middle and high school educator teaching Language Arts, Social Studies, History, and Classical Logic in various public schools in Appleton, Wisconsin and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
