I have worked for Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company for the last nine years. My job title is Consumer Relations. I work with consumers concerning any issues with the tobacco or any product questions. I worked closely with manufacturing in North Carolina quality is the most important part of Santa Fe natural tobacco company, if there is concern with their Tobacco an investigation will be done to ensure the consumer that their product is not been tampered with. I also support consumers for the company website, and the micro site for their mobile devices for marketing offers. I respond to incoming emails with approved legal responses. We work closely with our parent company RJ Reynolds in North Carolina to provide support for strategic planning and execution for company goals.
