My journey in the health and fitness industry began in 1991 at Defined Fitness in Albuquerque, NM. I was an ACE certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness Exercise instructor. From here, I branched out into teaching Les Mills formats - BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyJam, CXWORX and accepted the position of Director for Group Exercise in 2007. I oversaw the Group Exercise Department for all eight club locations in New Mexico. Along with my amazing team, we built an elite Group Exercise Department and built a strong group exercise community and helped members create healthy lifestyle habits. I love inspiring others to be active, move and believe in themselves.
