My passion is to build open, honest and trustful long-term relationships with my customers and internally with my colleagues. Recent successes I am proud of include moving a prospect from initial call to first sale within 3 months, with a clear understanding of follow-on purchases. With another customer, resetting and redefining the relationship to enable new purchases and opening leads in new areas. As a Regional Account Manager at Ekinops, I leverage my skills in business development, collaboration and technical understanding to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in Germany. I work with a diverse and talented team of sales, engineering and support professionals to provide innovative and tailored solutions for network access, virtualization and B2B applications. I am motivated by the challenge of exceeding sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
