With over 20 years of Records Management Services, my experience covers County Government, Microfilm and Records Conversion, Electronic Document Management Solutions, and Records Management Policy implementation with extensive State and Municipal Government records management activities. My career began as Abstractor for a National title agency. During my 3 years as an abstractor I performed title and tax searches. In 1988 I was hired as a Clerk at the Oakland County Register of Deeds where after hardwork and dedication I was appointed as the Deputy Clerk/Register of Deeds. After 16 years with Oakland County I decided to join the private sector eventually joining Hart Intercivic as an Account Manager for the Government Records Division. After approx. 3 years as an Account Manger I was tasked with the responsiblity of overseeing the backfile/conversion services team at Thomson Reuters. Part of my responsiblities were developing internal sales and delivery systems along with managing and developing partner relationships for Electronic Document Management Products and Services, also improving on the overall pricing and tracking of projects. In June 2012 I was appointed as the Operations Manager for the Records Management team based in Austin Texas were I am responsible for the day to day operations, project deployment, customer support and the overal revenue for the Records Mgmt Division.
