I'm an incoming Innovation Consultant at Innovia Technology. I'm known for my proactive, can-do attitude and relish in working in multidisciplinary teams to solve difficult challenges. I enjoy communicating ideas, enthusing others and bringing creativity into engineering.I studied engineering at the University of Cambridge, specialising in mechanical and biomedical engineering. I enjoyed coursework in biomedical device design and neuroscience besides studying a variety of modules including design, advanced materials and robotics. I received the prize for biomedical engineering. I represented the UK in the World Adolescent Robotics Competition 2018, where my team of three were awarded the prize for innovation for our creative design. My masters project involved teaching robots to play the piano, combining music and psychology with engineering to investigate what makes music sound 'human' and expressive. My previous work experience has included developing and fabricating micro bioreactors for academic research at Cambridge University, working in the chemical quality control labs at GSK and constructing innovative Covid testing machines at Optisense during the pandemic.
