Responsible for WebSphere Architecture, including installs, updates, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery and planning, and creation and documentation of processes and procedures.Completed upgrade procedure in all environments from WebSphere 5.0 to 6.0.2 in challenging timescales through all environments, and migrations of entire cells to new hardware.

Employed as part of the Trunk and Signalling System design team, responsible for the C7 Signalling blocks for AXE 10 telephone exchange software. This involved: - * Performing block, subsystem and system test on the software produced including producing test specifications and instructions and resolving software faults found * Technical Responsible for the emulator environment during projects, for which duties included technical co-ordination of block releases and updates for 6 subsystems, building Module Test Emulator Dumps, and supporting these dumps and the Module Test tools and environment.
